Nia® is a mindful fitness class for health and wellbeing, it provides cardiovascular, conditioning, balance and coordination benefits. Nia combines steps, stances and dance moves with soulful music, creating an inspiring synergy of well-being. Your body will love it! Barefoot, non-impact and adaptable for all bodies. Arrive early if this is your first class.

NOTE: This class uses online ZOOM video conferencing. Once you register you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with a ZOOM link and meeting ID. I'll be there 10  minutes prior and post class so that we can connect as a community.

You can buy a single zoom class using the ticket - however for a cheaper option go
to 'Purchase A Pass' and buy a bundle of 4,6, or 10 classes - then come back here and it will sa 'reserve your spot' instead....spots from a bundle can be used any week (need not be consecutive) with no time limit,

.You need to creat a login into this system to purchase a pass - but you don't need one for a ticket (but you have to put your details and credit card in each week then)
